Leadership Conference

The Enactus Nigeria annual Leadership Conference is an event specifically designed to strategically build capacity in the area of effective leadership and entrepreneurship for top 10 project group heads, Team Leaders, Project Managers and Faculty (staff) Advisors  of the every Enactus teams to provide leadership and be instrumental in achieving the program goals for the Enactus year.

This conference is focused on core Enactus concept and processes with the goal of preparing the participating Enactus teams for yet another challenging but fulfilling Enactus year as they go back to their campuses to design and implement projects that addresses real problems for real people in their host communities. During the days of  intensive leadership conference, the Faculty (staff) Advisors sessions are also focused basically around the core Enactus Nigeria program processes so as to enable them provide guide and provide direction to their students back on campus.
