Ahmadu Bello University Wins Advanced Stage Competition at Enactus Nigeria National Competition 2026
Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has emerged as the winner of the Advanced Stage Competition at the Enactus Nigeria National Competition 2026, earning the opportunity to represent Nigeria at the Enactus World Cup in Brazil this September.
Held under the theme "Reimagining Transformation," this year's competition celebrated the ability of young Nigerians to rethink challenges, develop innovative solutions, and create meaningful social and economic impact.
ABU's victory places the university at the forefront of Nigeria's student innovation ecosystem and gives its team the opportunity to take its work from the national stage to a global audience.
This year's competition also marks a historic moment for Enactus Nigeria, with two Nigerian universities qualifying for the Enactus World Cup in two different competition categories. ABU will represent Nigeria in the Advanced Stage Competition, while the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) will represent Nigeria in the inaugural Early Stage Competition.
From Zaria to Brazil, ABU will now carry the ingenuity, entrepreneurial spirit, and transformative ambition of Nigerian students onto the global stage.
Congratulations to Ahmadu Bello University, Enactus Nigeria's 2026 Advanced Stage Champions. 🇳🇬🇧🇷
The next chapter begins in Brazil.
